Kakanfo Inn and Conference Center Distributes Palliatives to the Elders and Youth of Oke Are in Ibadan

The Management of Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre, Ibadan on Monday 8th of June, 2020 distributed food items to residents of Oke- Are community in Ibadan, Oyo State to further cushion the effect of the lockdown order imposed by the government during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre has contributed a major role by distributing food items to different communities in Ibadan, this has been done thrice during this trying period.
 
The first one was done on the 28th of April, 2020 at the Joyce B Road/ Mobil, Ring Road, while a second one was done on the 19th of May, 2020. The company's goal is to cover the entire Ibadan South East and Ibadan North-East axis and by extending our kind gesture to as many Ibadan residents as feasibly possible.
 
The Operations Manager of the hotel, Mrs. Oreoluwa Esan indicated that the donations were in line with the company’s social responsibility intervention aimed purposely at giving back to the host community.
 
Mrs. Esan, who listed the items that were to be donated to the people to include Garri, Mangos, Rice and Catfish, said "this is the company’s way of being involved and doing our bit in assisting the indigent residents of Ibadan."
  
Among those who benefited from the palliatives by the hotel were Aged people, Unemployed Youths, traders, beggars, and artisans.
